Fashionette Unisex Salon at 29 Bridge Street, Seneca Falls, New York.

Came in for perm and I've had perms before. Told Julie my hair is thin but a lot of it. She insisted normal. Perm seemed fine at first, but burned the side of my face. Was willing to let that go but thought strange never happened before and that was not professional. Then came time to wash hair, it frizzed out (burnt) and you could see places she never even permed (hair was straight). No matter what I try to fix, can't. She wanted me to come back in to redo, (now you know your to wait two weeks) within the week. I show up, another lady saying it's to be expected, and then changes to it's not frizzed. Man asks how I'm doing, I said came in for perm and got this, he said that's f... up. Now if he can see it, and everyone else can see it not related to that shop something wrong. Then they going on about cutting it. When they say this, it's time to say goodbye. The absolute worst place to go for hair. They must have gotten licence out of cracker-jack box. I should sue, but they are not even worth my time. But thought I should warn anyone that wants to go there.
